Gamfi People Platform connects HR and business by creating one shared environment where employee lifecycle processes (e.g., preboarding, onboarding, development, feedback, retention) are directly linked to what the company wants to achieve operationally: goals, KPIs, and the execution of priorities. In practice, this means that onboarding and development programs are process-wise connected in the platform to specific roles, expectations, and metrics. The system guides users through activities step by step, maintaining a consistent execution rhythm and keeping their focus on achieving concrete goals.
Gamfi People Platform is not focused on administering HR processes. Its purpose is to help organizations achieve business outcomes (such as hitting revenue targets, accelerating time-to-productivity, or reducing turnover). Gamfi People Platform brings HR and business together in one system to translate strategy, goals, and KPIs into people’s day-to-day actions and measurable results. It covers both HR processes (e.g., onboarding, Learning & Development, engagement) and business execution (goals, performance, challenges, and development that supports results), as well as shared analytics and dashboards. In other words, Gamfi People Platform goes beyond the scope of typical HR or LMS solutions.
Gamfi People Platform is built like a set of building blocks that you can combine to fit your organization’s needs, without implementing everything at once. The “blocks” are individual modules: modules available in the HR Area and the Business Area can be combined freely, while the Employee Experience Area modules increase the effectiveness of the chosen setup (they cannot run without at least one HR or Business module enabled).
We recommend rolling out the solution in stages, starting with the areas that are the highest priority today, without having to launch the entire platform upfront. Gamfi People Platform is delivered in a service model (also known as SaaS—Software as a Service). This model takes a number of responsibilities off the customer’s plate, including maintaining technology infrastructure, security, and GDPR compliance. Responsibility for these areas remains on our side.
Of course! We continuously strengthen our security and compliance standards to ensure the highest level of data protection for our customers. Gamfi People Platform undergoes regular security testing that allows us to assess the technological and organizational measures in place. Each customer also has the right to run their own tests to verify our security parameters.
To begin implementing the application, you simply need to sign an order specifying the terms of cooperation (including the selected modules) and accept the conditions set out in the Gamfi service terms and conditions.
The company using the application remains the controller of employees’ personal data. Gamfi acts as the data processor, processing data on behalf of the controller. A standard Data Processing Agreement is attached to the cooperation agreement.
