Gamfi for HR · Module
An engagement survey tool that reaches even places with no company email
In the Gamfi platform you ask short, recurring questions, and even employees without a company account can answer – by link or SMS, on their phone. You see the team result on an ongoing basis – from the moment there are enough responses that nobody can be identified – and a finding turns into a task in the same system.
How it works
From sending a link to a task that checks whether anything actually changed.
- 1
You send the survey by link or SMS
It also reaches people without a company email – on their phone, in a minute, so shop, warehouse and production staff respond too.
- 2
You see the team result straight away
By department and location, only once the response threshold you set yourselves is crossed.
- 3
You set an action where it hurts
A team with a low result gets a task with an owner and a deadline – not just a recommendation to read.
- 4
You check whether it worked
The next survey in the same team shows whether the result changed.
More, because it is one system
Reaching every employee and acting on the result – in one system, not a separate survey tool.
The survey reaches even people with no company email
A link or SMS opens the survey on a phone – shop, warehouse and production staff respond the same way as the office.
A finding becomes a task, training or a message
A remedial plan is a specific task with a deadline, a training path in the Learning and Development module, or a message to the team – in the same platform, not on a separate slide of recommendations.
Team results alongside the rest of HR's work
A manager sees their team's pulse in the same place where they run conversations, training and recognition – without switching between tools.

Common questions
Open the one that applies to you.
Are the survey results anonymous?
We only show the team result once the number of responses crosses an agreed threshold – so nobody can be identified in a small team. You set the threshold, depending on the size of teams in your organisation, and only the roles you grant access to can see the aggregate result.
Can the survey ask a follow-up question based on an earlier answer?
Not today. Everyone sees the same set of questions, regardless of earlier answers – branching logic is not currently available.
How do you measure eNPS in Gamfi?
eNPS is one question – “how likely are you to recommend working here to a friend” – on a numeric scale. You ask it as your own question in the recurring survey, and track the result over time alongside the rest of your team indicators. We do not have a ready-made library of industry models (such as Q12) as a separate feature today.
Do you compare our result with the industry?
We do not have our own benchmark database against other companies today. What you see is the change in your own teams' results over time – for many organisations that is a more useful signal than comparison to an averaged industry figure, because it shows whether a specific action at your company actually worked.
What happens to the survey findings?
A finding turns into a task with an owner and a deadline in the same system – with an automatic reminder as the deadline approaches. The next survey in the same team shows whether the action made a difference.
What does rolling out this scope look like in practice?
We set up the survey format, anonymity threshold and access roles around your survey calendar – you usually launch the first survey within the first few weeks of working together. From your side we need the list of questions, your team structure, and one person to decide on the anonymity threshold.
What determines the price?
A few factors affect the price: number of participants, scope of modules and scale of the rollout. We are happy to go through the details on a call and in further contact.
