Gamfi for HR · Module
A performance review system that runs the whole cycle – from self-assessment to the results conversation
In the Gamfi platform, the review cycle runs through the system: self-assessment, manager assessment and approval in one form, with reminders and escalation for anything overdue. Between cycles, the results conversation continues on an ongoing basis, and what you agree turns into specific training in the same place.
How it works
From a configured cycle to an ongoing conversation – one system instead of a once-a-year spreadsheet and email reminders.
- 1
You set up the review cycle
Annual, half-yearly or quarterly – with automatic launch, self-assessment, manager assessment and approval in one form.
- 2
The conversation continues between cycles
Feedback and 1:1 meetings build up continuously, so the summary conversation does not start from scratch.
- 3
Reminders and escalations run without you
An overdue review goes back to the employee, then to the manager, then finally to HR.
- 4
What you agree turns into action
The conversation results in specific training and a task with a deadline.
More, because it is one system
The results conversation in one system with skills, training and recognition closes the loop that a separate tool leaves open.
What you agree in the conversation turns into training with a deadline
Agreed development gets an assigned path and a deadline straight away, in the same place – no exporting notes to another system.
Review results alongside skills gaps and succession
You see the review result and skills gaps for the same person in the Skills and Career Paths module – that is also where you manage succession for key roles.
One system instead of a separate spreadsheet and a separate feedback culture
The market splits the formal review form from feedback and development culture. In Gamfi, both sides work on the same employee profile and the same data.
HR sees where the conversation and the review are not working
You see which teams have not held their conversations and reviews on time – before the cycle ends, not after it closes.

Describe your need
Describe the situation in your own words – we will write back with how the Gamfi platform answers that challenge. You decide about a meeting after you have read the answer.

Common questions
Open the one that applies to you.
Do reviews have to happen once a year?
No. You set the cycle yourselves – annual, half-yearly or quarterly – and between cycles the results conversation continues, so nobody waits twelve months to hear feedback.
Does the review affect pay or bonuses?
No. Today, the review in Gamfi is not linked to any pay field – the outcome of the conversation feeds into the development and training plan, and you decide on a raise or bonus outside the system, on the same terms as now.
Who sees the result of someone's review?
You decide: the direct manager, HR and the person being reviewed see the result by default, and you grant access to any other role – a regional manager, for example – deliberately. Every view of a review is recorded in the immutable event log.
Does a 360° review need a separate tool?
No. It uses the same form and the same cycle as the manager assessment, just with extra roles: peers and direct reports answer the same questions from their own perspective.
Does the review cover an employee's goal achievement?
You run goals in a separate module – Goals and OKRs/KPIs. The review and goals sit on the same employee profile, so goal achievement can be one of the criteria in the review form. If you track goals elsewhere today, you bring the result into the form as a criterion.
What does rolling out this scope look like in practice?
We set up the form, roles, reminders and approvals around your review calendar – you usually launch the first cycle just before the next review period starts. From your side we need the review criteria, the list of people doing the reviewing, and the deadline for closing the cycle.
What determines the price?
A few factors affect the price: number of participants, scope of modules and scale of the rollout. We are happy to go through the details on a call and in further contact.
For your IT team
The short version of the answer for security and integration teams, when it comes to employee review data.
- Review results visible only to the roles you grant access to – not by default for the whole company
- Company login (SSO), automatic accounts (SCIM), role-based access control
- Immutable event log, data hosted in the EU
- Data through an API designed for integration, plus file import to get started
