Turnover, time to independence and training in one board-ready report
The Gamfi platform gathers what's happening across HR in one place: turnover by site, time to independence after onboarding, training completions and pass rates, and progress on programmes and targets. You see it on an executive dashboard, compare periods, and export the material to a spreadsheet – converting it into money, at your own cost rates, stays on your side.
The platform calculates turnover, time to independence and training completions – you calculate the cost of turnover in money, using your own rates.
How it works
From a process number the platform already calculates, to material ready for a board meeting.
- 1
You choose the metric you want to show
Turnover, time to independence, training completions or programme progress – any process number the platform already calculates.
- 2
You see it on a dashboard, not in five separate exports
A dashboard with an executive view, comparison of periods up to 12 months back, and drill-down through your structure – company, branch, site.
- 3
You export the material and add your own rates
Data comes out into a spreadsheet in a format compatible with the Polish version of Excel – you enter the cost of recruitment, the value of a vacancy and other assumptions yourself, because those are your numbers, not our estimates.
- 4
You walk into the board meeting with the material
A weekly AI summary and an export from the report library – ready to present, without a week spent stitching data together from several systems.
More, because it is one system
The HR analytics market stays quiet about one thing: nobody has access to someone else's pay rates. This page says it outright.
We don't guess your costs
We don't know the cost of your recruitment or the value of your vacancy – they depend on your industry, region and role. We give you the process number, and you add the rate. That's safer than a system that would have to guess those costs for you.
Action and outcome in one place, not two separate exports
Separate analytics platforms have to import data from a separate operational system – an LMS, an ATS, an incentive platform. In Gamfi, onboarding, training and a programme all have their outcome in the same platform from day one, so the material for a report doesn't need stitching together from two exports.
We don't build our own benchmark database
Every customer's data stands on its own, so we have nothing to build an industry average from – and we don't pretend otherwise. If you buy a pay or industry benchmark report from an outside source, you bring it into your report after the export.
At Decathlon, it was the HR director who converted the drop in new-hire turnover into financial losses – not our software. We provided the process number; she added her own rates and turned it into an argument for the board.Read how Decathlon did it →
Describe your need
Describe the situation in your own words – we will write back with how the Gamfi platform answers that challenge. You decide about a meeting after you have read the answer.
What you get in Gamfi
What you need to go from a gut feeling to a number in a board conversation.
Process metrics in one place
- Turnover by site, role and managerthe full view of signals and drill-down through the structure sits in the Retention module
- Time to independence after onboardingthe full description of the path sits in the Onboarding module
- Training completions and pass ratestest results and certificates sit in the Learning and development module

- A weekly AI summaryan observation, a likely cause and a recommendation in a few sentences, not just numbers
Export and further work on your own numbers
- A report library with CSV/XLSX exporta format compatible with the Polish version of Excel – data comes out wherever you do the rest of the calculation
- You enter the cost assumptions yourselves, on the exported datacost of recruitment, the value of a vacancy, the cost of a training day – these are your rates, not our estimates
- API and webhooks for pulling data into your own BIthere's no ready-made connector for a specific BI tool – we build the integration together as part of the rollout
Common questions
Open the one that applies to you.
Will you calculate the cost of employee turnover in money for us?
No. We don't store employee pay, and we don't have a ready-made connector to a payroll system, so you calculate the cost of turnover yourself – at your own rates, in your own spreadsheet. What you get from us is the number you multiply: turnover by site and role, time to independence, and the number of departures in the first year.
If other vendors quote a percentage return, why don't you?
Because you usually can't see the methodology behind those numbers. We checked 26 HR analytics vendors, including ones that advertise themselves outright as “ROI” or “business impact” tools – none of them has a fully automatic mechanism that calculates money without the customer manually entering their own rates. The difference between them and us isn't the calculator – they have the customer's pay data connected, and today we don't have that integration.
What's the point of a page about proving HR impact if you don't calculate money?
Because in a board conversation, what's usually missing isn't a calculator – it's the number itself, and today it's sitting scattered across several systems and Excel. We give you that number ready for export and period comparison; converting it into money is something you do, in your own spreadsheet.
Do you compare our metrics against the industry?
No. Strict separation of data between customers is a foundation of the platform's security – and that same separation rules out building a shared benchmark database without every customer's consent to create it. We don't plan to change that.
Will you show that a specific training or programme raised a result?
Not as a ready-made, universal feature – and this isn't a gap unique to Gamfi: isolating the effect of one HR action from other factors (the market, seasonality, a change in management) needs financial outcome data that we don't have from any source in HR. In sales, comparing programme participants against the rest of the network is possible because we get sales results from your system – in HR, there's no equivalent source. We describe the narrow case where we do connect learning to a result in the Learning and development module.
Will you replace the spreadsheet where we calculate HR metrics today?
We don't have to – and we don't promise that. Even the most advanced HR analytics platforms don't eliminate manually piecing data together for the final board presentation. You export data from Gamfi in a format compatible with the Polish version of Excel and keep working in the tool you already know.
How long does setup take, and what do you need from us?
The dashboard and export run on data the platform already collects from other modules – they don't need a separate rollout. On your side, we need a decision on which metrics should go on the executive dashboard first, and someone to agree the scope of the regional director's view with us.
What does the price depend on?
Several factors affect the price: the number of people on the platform, the scope of modules whose numbers should feed into the report, and the scale of the rollout. We're happy to go through the details in a meeting and in further contact.
For your IT team
The short answer for your security team, when they ask about cost and pay data.
- We don't store employee pay – you supply the rates for any conversion
- Strict separation of data between customers (row-level security per tenant), data held in the EU
- CSV/XLSX export and API/webhooks designed for integration with your BI
- An audit log that cannot be altered
