Gamfi for sales · Module
A B2B loyalty programme for your partner network that rewards verified sales
In the Gamfi platform you run a partner-channel programme end to end: reported sales go through verification, and points are calculated per unit or per result. A partner's sales rep gets to know your offer in the process, because they learn and get certified in the same place where they collect rewards.
They improve their results with us
How it works
A rep in someone else's shop does not know your targets. The programme gives them a concrete reason and a visible reward.
- 1
You set the programme's rules
Which products earn points, how many, over what period, and for which partner groups – different rules for a large chain, different for a small outlet.
- 2
Sales flow into the programme
A participant reports a transaction with proof, or the data flows in from your systems – depending on what is available in the channel.
- 3
Verification before the reward
Submissions are checked before they turn into points, and every decision stays in the history – the programme does not pay out for transactions that never happened.
- 4
Points turn into rewards, and you see the channel
A participant redeems points in the catalogue, while you see which partners are actually selling, and which points of sale stay silent.
More, because it is one system
The market splits a partner programme into three separate purchases.
Three tools in one system
The portal and partner materials are bought separately, points and settlement separately, and the legal and tax side of the programme is ordered from an agency as a project. No tool combines these three layers. In Gamfi you run it in one system and launch the next edition yourself, with no need to order a fresh rollout – in Poland almost no vendor offers that.
A rep knows the offer before they sell it
Knowledge certification and point calculation for selling the same offer sit in one place in Gamfi – you see how many points of sale know the new product before the campaign launches. Nobody else ties this together: partner materials, yes, but with no link to the result you are paying for.
A reward for an outside person, closed out with the tax together
A reward for someone who is not your employee needs settlement and paperwork – and that is where partner programmes fall apart. Nobody in this category offers it as a platform feature: the Polish market sells it as a consulting service, and foreign tools only handle US tax forms.

Common questions
Open the one that applies to you.
We have no data on a partner's sales. Can the programme even launch?
Yes. A participant reports a transaction and attaches proof of sale, and the submission goes through verification before points are awarded. If reporting from points of sale or your own system is added later, the programme's rules stay the same – only the data source changes.
How do you protect the budget against reports for transactions that never happened?
A submission does not turn into points on its own: it goes through an approval path with proof of sale, and the decision stays in an immutable history. You also see patterns across the channel – which points of sale report an unusually high volume, and which report nothing at all.
Can the rules differ for a large chain and a small outlet?
Yes, within one programme. Partner segments have their own point rates, their own targets and their own messages, and levels give a participant a visible path to progress. You do not have to run three separate programmes side by side.
Who is responsible for tax on a reward for someone outside our company?
The reward settlement is calculated in the system together with documents for your accounting team – we agree the programme's tax model during rollout, because it depends on its legal structure. In this category that is usually a separate consulting service billed per programme edition.
How long does launch take, and is every edition a new project?
We launch the first edition on a schedule agreed at the first meeting, and we count it in weeks, while your own team sets up later editions. That is the main difference from the agency model, where every edition of the programme is ordered and quoted from scratch.
Can a partner programme and a programme for your own reps run side by side?
Yes, on one platform, with a shared reward catalogue and a shared view of costs. Rules, messages and settlement stay separate, because an outside participant is settled differently from your own employee.
What does the price depend on?
Several things affect the price: the number of participants, the range of modules and the scale of the programme. We will gladly go through the details at a meeting and in the contact that follows. In this category, having no public prices is the rule, and it is usually the first obstacle when choosing a tool.
