Gamfi for sales · Module
Communication with a field sales network – one channel, even for people without a company email
Gamfi gives you one channel to the whole network: an in-app notification, SMS and email. A priority from head office reaches everyone the same day, worded the same way, with a named confirmation of who has read it. A message can turn straight into today's task or a contest based on sales results, so a week later you also know who has started selling the new price list.
For people without a company inbox, the message arrives by SMS, and getting into the app is a single link, with no password and nothing to install on a personal phone.

How it works
One message reaches the whole network in the same shape – instead of an email to managers that comes back a week later as a rumour.
- 1
You write it once
One message from head office, with no rewriting at each level of the structure.
- 2
You choose the recipients
The whole network, a region, a branch, a role, or the participants of a specific programme – using the same structure you run targets and bonuses on.
- 3
The message reaches people where they are
By SMS to people without a company inbox, by email to everyone else, and as an in-app notification on sign-in. You choose the channel per group.
- 4
You see who knows
Read confirmations show by name where the message has landed. A reminder only goes to those who have not yet responded.
More, because it is one system
Internal communication platforms measure reads and sentiment. Here, next to the message sits the result it concerns, and the task that follows from it.
The message sits next to the result it concerns
Internal communication tools speak the language of HR: engagement, sentiment, reads. Sales tools show numbers, but treat a message as a slide in a rotation on a screen. In Gamfi, an advisor sees the priority from head office and their own number on the same page, and the manager writes to them from the same view where they look at that result.
An announcement becomes the team's work
A message can require confirmation, have a deadline, come with an attached knowledge check, or trigger a contest based on sales data. Communication stops ending at being read, and you see not just who knows, but also who has acted.
Reaching people with no company inbox, in one licence
Others solve access without a company-domain account too, but usually as a separate, narrow communication product. In Gamfi, the same link an advisor in a store uses to receive a message also takes them to onboarding, a knowledge check, a contest and the rewards shop.

Common questions
Open the one that applies to you.
Do employees need a company email to get a message?
No. An SMS invitation and sign-in with a single link work with no account on your domain – exactly for the people this matters to most: store advisors and field reps.
How does the network get into the platform for the first time?
You upload a list of employees from a file, and the import returns an error report on the rows, so you see the gaps before sending. The invitation goes out by SMS or email, and the employee signs in with a single link, no password. For the SMS channel you need phone numbers – we agree the legal basis and how to collect them with you at the start, and where numbers are missing, email and an invitation via the manager remain.
How do we know a message really landed, and was not just sent?
The report shows by name who has confirmed reading the content, broken down by region and branch. You send a reminder only to those who have not yet responded, so the rest of the network does not get a second notification.
Can we require confirmation for a price list change, and keep it in case of an inspection?
Yes. A message can require a read confirmation, and the event stays in the log with the date and the person – in a record we neither delete nor overwrite. A few checking questions can be attached to the message if a plain confirmation is not enough for you.
How is this different from a newsletter or an intranet?
A newsletter ends at sending, and an intranet waits for someone to visit it. Here a message has recipients chosen by structure, a read confirmation, and it can trigger a task or a contest. It also sits in the same system where you run targets and bonuses, so you see delivery next to the result.
Who can send messages – only head office?
That is your decision. The scope of a message follows the role in the structure: head office writes to the whole network, a regional director to their region, a manager to their team. Every message leaves a trace in the log.
Is this another app to install on a personal phone?
No. The message opens in the browser on the phone. Nobody installs anything on personal devices, so you do not need an employee's consent for software on their phone, or support for updates across several hundred devices.
Will a message also reach Microsoft Teams?
Yes. We connect Teams as an additional channel as part of the implementation – managers get the message where they work. Field reps who do not open Teams get the same message by SMS or link, and the delivery report covers all channels together.
Are messages available in other languages?
Not today – the app is in Polish. If part of your network works in another language, or you have branches abroad, tell us at the first meeting, so we do not promise you something this version does not have.
What does pricing depend on?
Several factors affect pricing: the number of people in the network, the channels you use (SMS is sometimes billed per message), and the number of segments you target with separate messages. We are happy to go through the details at a meeting and in further contact.
