A rewards catalogue and gift cards for reps, tied to their results
In the Gamfi platform, the participant redeems the points they earned for results themselves – for cards, top-ups, products and experiences from the partner catalogue, as well as your own rewards. You run one shop instead of ordering rewards by hand and picking them by feel.
Physical rewards are fulfilled by catalogue partners – no warehouse is needed on your side.

How it works
The participant picks the reward, so the budget goes on what actually motivates them.
- 1
You set the programme's currency
Points for results and behaviours – with their own name, conversion rate and a split into a spendable currency and a leaderboard one.
- 2
You put the catalogue together
The partner's ready-made catalogue plus your own rewards, with promotions and campaigns you switch on at chosen moments of the season.
- 3
The participant chooses
They browse, add to the basket, save for later and order – just like a normal shop, only paying in points.
- 4
The order takes care of itself
The catalogue partner handles fulfilment, and you see statuses and order history in one place.
More, because it is one system
The catalogue is the programme's finish line. The value shows up when points come from a real result, and the reward's journey to the person is visible.
Reward status sits where the target and the bonus do
The most common complaint about rewards shops reads the same in reviews across vendor after vendor: the participant does not know what happened to their order, and the organiser does not know who collected the reward. In Gamfi, the sales target, the calculated bonus, the points balance and the reward status sit behind one login. We have not found a vendor that describes this combination together – worth comparing on trial access.
You can see which rewards move, so you build the next catalogue on data
A participant leaves a review on a reward, and others see it before redeeming their points. You stop putting the catalogue together by feel: you see which items hold up and which just take up space and freeze budget. We checked 35 rewards catalogue vendors – none describes this feature publicly, and ours works.
The shop works throughout the season, not just at its end
Points promotions, time-limited campaigns and opening the shop at chosen moments give you a tool for refreshing engagement mid-quarter. We run these campaigns in our own shop layer, regardless of whether the catalogue partner supports them.

Common questions
Open the one that applies to you.
Do we need a warehouse and people to ship rewards?
No. Physical rewards are fulfilled by catalogue partners, so you are left with deciding the programme's rules and budget. Your own company rewards – a day off, merchandise from the marketing store – are issued by your administrator, because you control them.
What happens if a reward does not arrive or arrives damaged?
The participant reports it against their order, and the report goes to the entity that fulfilled it. Timelines and exchange rules depend on the catalogue partner and we agree them during rollout – we do not promise a number of days the partner has not confirmed.
Can the participant see what stage their reward is at?
Yes, the order status sits next to the reward, alongside the points balance and the result those points came from. This is the biggest gap in this category: reviews of rewards tools keep repeating the same complaint about not knowing what happens to an order after the points are redeemed.
Can we add our own company rewards?
Yes, and they sit in the catalogue alongside the partner's items. Companies use this for rewards no catalogue sells: a day off, a parking spot, a trip with the board, training the participant chooses.
Can we run several kinds of points at once?
Yes. The wallet supports several programme currencies, and spendable points and leaderboard points are kept separately. That way redeeming a reward does not change a leaderboard position, and you can count points for sales results separately from points for product knowledge.
How is a catalogue card different from a prepaid-card payout?
A gift card from the catalogue is a reward redeemed for points. Paying out part of variable pay to a prepaid card is handled by the payouts module, because that is money, not points – and the card is then issued by a partner with the appropriate licence.
How is this different from a benefits cafeteria?
A benefits cafeteria allocates social benefits among employees. This catalogue hands out rewards for results: points come from hitting a target, a contest, or confirmed knowledge, so the shop is the finish line of a sales programme, not part of a social benefits package.
How many items does the catalogue have?
As many as the catalogue of the partner you work with, plus your own rewards. We deliberately do not give a single number, because the range depends on the chosen partner and market – in this category, claims of "hundreds of thousands of rewards" run into what is actually available in a given country. At the meeting we show the full list of catalogue categories for your market – that is where the real availability comes from.
What does the price depend on?
Several factors affect the price: the number of participants, the range of modules and the value of rewards awarded in the programme. We are happy to go through the details at a meeting and in the contact that follows.
