Gamfi for sales · Module
Sales contests that settle themselves
In the Gamfi platform you launch live rankings, 1:1 duels and threshold contests – the team competes on the same data you use to calculate targets and bonuses. Points are calculated automatically, and the reward reaches the participant along with its tax settlement.

How it works
From data in your systems to a reward for the participant – no spreadsheet along the way.
- 1
You connect the results data
Sales, KPIs and activities flow in from your systems over an API or by file – the contest is settled from actual numbers.
- 2
You set the rules
You choose the mechanics, metrics and point weights – ranking, 1:1 duels, a threshold or a streak. The system keeps to those rules until the edition ends.
- 3
The team sees its position live
Everyone knows what place they are in and how far the next threshold is – on their phone, even with no company computer.
- 4
Rewards and settlement are off your plate
Points are calculated automatically, the participant picks a reward from the catalogue, and tax and delivery are handled in the same place.
More, because it is one system
Sales-contest tools finish their job at the result.
The contest runs on the same number as the target and bonus
The market keeps the contest in a separate tool fed by exports, and the most common problem with such tools is a gap between the number on the leaderboard and the data in the sales system. In Gamfi the contest, plan attainment and the calculated bonus stand on one result – there is nothing left for a participant to question, and you run one rollout instead of three.
The reward is closed out end to end
The catalogue, partner delivery and the reward's tax settlement sit in the same system where you run the contest. Few vendors in this category claim to handle reward tax, and outside Poland almost none do – the organiser is left to handle the tax filings alone, or hands them to an agency as a separate project.
You see whether the contest worked at all
The effect of a specific edition on sales is rare in this category: it is often a topic in how-to guides, not a product feature. In Gamfi you compare participants' results against the rest of the team and against the period before the start, alongside the points budget spent.

Common questions
Open the one that applies to you.
How quickly can we launch the first contest?
We set up the first edition on a schedule agreed at the first meeting, and we count it in weeks. In this category it is often different: at some vendors rollout drags on for about two months, longer than the industry benchmark, and learning to use the tool can be a separate barrier.
Will the ranking number match our CRM?
Yes, because the ranking is calculated from the data you send us – the same number stands in the target, the contest and the calculated bonus. In this category that is a common problem: a leaderboard shows a different value than the sales system, so the team stops trusting it.
Do we have to report every rule change to you?
No. Contest rules, metrics and point weights are set up by your own team, and we carry your model across together during rollout. In this category it is often the other way round: a rule change goes through the vendor and waits in a queue.
How do we stop the same people winning every time?
A contest does not have to stand on one revenue ranking. Thresholds reward reaching a level, streaks reward consistency, and 1:1 duels and knowledge quizzes give a result to people who will never make the podium on a revenue ranking. That is the best-documented problem in this category – a team stops trying once it already knows who will win.
Who settles ties and complaints?
We agree the tie-break rules when configuring the contest, and every calculation can be traced back through the immutable event log – you can see which transaction and which rule the points came from. A conversation about the result stops being an argument over whose spreadsheet is correct.
What about people with no company computer or email?
They see their position and progress on their phone, with no account on the company domain. Messages about the edition starting and results also arrive by SMS. That is a standard case for retail networks and field teams.
What does the price depend on?
Several things affect the price: the number of people, the range of modules and the scale of the programme. We will gladly go through the details at a meeting and in the contact that follows. We do not charge extra for every additional dashboard or data source.
