Gamfi for sales · Module

A long-term incentive programme for the sales team that keeps up the pace all season

In the Gamfi platform you run a whole-season programme with building mechanics. Points, levels and streaks keep engagement up long after an ordinary contest would have faded, and the reward reaches the participant along with its settlement.

How it works

The programme is built around your season and network structure, and then keeps up the pace on its own.

  1. 1

You build the programme for the season

Targets, the points-and-levels mechanics, a calendar of stages – the programme mirrors your sales process.

  2. 2

The network earns points for results

Points are calculated from live sales data – for the result and for behaviours you want to reinforce.

  3. 3

    The mechanics build up

Levels, streaks and new stages roll out on the programme's calendar – engagement does not need manually reviving halfway through the season.

  4. 4

Rewards and settlement are off your plate

A participant redeems points in the catalogue, and you get a picture of cost and effect instead of a folder of complaints.

More, because it is one system

You know this from any programme that runs longer than a quarter: the mechanics start repeating and engagement fades.

The programme does not fade after three weeks

After a few months, the same mechanics and the same look stop engaging people, and few vendors say so openly. In Gamfi the season has stages that change the rules along the way, and segments give the top performers and the middle of the pack separate rules – because a programme stops working the moment a participant already knows who will win.

A reward shop that brings attention back on its own

Promotions and drops in the points shop work in Gamfi the way they do in an online shop: a participant has a reason to come back and check their balance mid-season. Almost no platform in this category runs promotions in its points shop, and a narrow, repetitive catalogue is one of the most common reasons participants stop checking it.

The reward's tax settled in the system

The reward's tax settlement is calculated in the same system you run the programme in. Almost nobody offers this as a platform feature: Polish agencies sell tax handling as a consulting service for every edition, and foreign tools only handle US forms.

Common questions

Open the one that applies to you.

What stops the programme fading after two months?

The season is split into stages, and each one arrives with new mechanics and a new look, so the programme changes without manual reviving. Streaks reward consistency, and segments give the top performers and the middle of the pack separate rules. That is the most commonly reported weakness in this category: participants say that after a few months the mechanics and visuals start repeating.

Won't the reward catalogue get boring halfway through the season?

The catalogue covers cards, top-ups, products and experiences, with Polish coverage, and promotions and drops refresh it during the season. A narrow or repetitive choice of rewards is a common problem in this category, and with international vendors there is also the issue of rewards unavailable in Poland.

How long does it take to launch the programme?

We launch the first season on a schedule agreed at the first meeting, and we count it in weeks, while your own team sets up later editions. In this category, configuring for an unusual process is often described as months of work with the vendor.

Won't participants be flooded with reminders?

Messages are segmented: a different one goes to someone 200 points short of a level than to someone who has not joined the programme at all. That is a real problem in this category: some platforms flood participants with emails about redeeming points, others never remind them of an approaching target.

How do we show the board the programme paid off?

You see the cost of points spent alongside the sales result, with a comparison of participants against the rest of the network and the period before the launch. Shallow reporting is a common problem in this category, and in both directions: either there is too little data, or so much it never adds up to an answer.

What about people with no company computer or email?

A participant joins the programme from an invitation by link or SMS, with no account on the company domain, and sees their balance and level on their phone. That is a standard case for retail networks and field teams.

What happens to participants' points if we change vendor?

Balances, and the history of accruals and redemptions, are your data – you can export them at any time as a report or over the API. It is worth asking every vendor this: in 2024 one player in this category shut down without warning, and some participants lost unredeemed rewards.
