New sales rep onboarding – a shorter path to the first sale across the whole network

In Gamfi a new person follows one path from day one to their first sale – the same in every region and with every manager. You see where they stand on it and how many days it takes to reach that result.

We set the scope of the path and the roles in the process to match your structure during implementation.

How it works

A new person gets one path to their first result, and you see where they stand on it.

  1. 1

You set the path to the first sale

Product, process, tools, first targets – the path mirrors what actually decides readiness at your company.

  2. 2

Every new joiner goes through the same thing

The same standard in every region and with every manager, even where onboarding used to depend on who had time for it.

  3. 3

    Three sides see the progress

The new person, their manager and head office look at the same picture, so "how's it going?" at the team meeting stops being the only source of information.

  4. 4

    You measure time to result

You have the start date, the path's progress and the first transaction from your system, so you can work out time to result by role and by region.

More, because it is one system

Sales enablement tools boast about shortening ramp-up, but stop at content. Here, onboarding leads straight to a target, a result and money.

The manager has their own step with a deadline in the process

With us, a 1:1 meeting is a step on the path with a deadline and confirmation, so the conversation with the new person is recorded in the same way as a passed test. In most tools that conversation stays outside the system, as a reminder with no trace – and then onboarding depends on whether the manager finds time in a week when they have their own plan to hit.

The whole network can join onboarding, even without a company inbox

A seller in a partner's store, someone on a seasonal contract, a field rep with no domain account – they sign in by link or SMS and go through the full process path, including the manager's tasks and measurement. The market gives these people separate, thinner apps with lessons only.

The last step on the path is the first sales target

Onboarding ends by stepping into the plan: the new person sees their target and result alongside what they have been learning, in one place. Variable pay rules are run by the commission module, so from the first transactions you can see what counts towards them.

Common questions

Open the one that applies to you.

Can we measure how much we have shortened time to first sale?

The platform supplies the data for that measurement: the start date, the path's progress and the sales result pulled from your systems. We do not promise a specific number of days or a percentage upfront – in this category, claims like "we cut ramp-up in half" are usually built on an undisclosed method of counting, and the metric itself is understood in several different ways. We set the baseline using your own data from the first period.

Can a new person start without a company email address?

Yes, sign-in works by link or SMS, so the first day does not wait for an account on the domain. People from partner companies join the same way, and we set the scope of data and roles on the partner's side in the implementation agreement.

Where do you get our sales data from, and how long does it take?

Through our documented API or by file import from your data warehouse. We do not sell ready-made connectors to specific sales systems – we agree the scope, format and timing with your IT team during implementation, and a file is enough to get the path and the measurement working to start with.

Do the manager and mentor have their own tasks in this?

Yes, and that is the whole point of this module. Roles in the process – manager, mentor, head office – have their own steps with deadlines, and the 1:1 meeting is a step that someone confirms. That way onboarding does not depend on the goodwill of a manager who has their own sales plan to hit that week.

What happens if a new person does not pass the test before their first conversations?

The step stays open, a reminder goes to them and to their manager, and you see it in the overview of all onboarding. The mechanics of the tests, pass thresholds and a coverage report for the whole network are run by a separate certification module.

Will a new person practise a conversation with a customer before going live?

We do not today have role-play scenarios scored automatically by AI – some market leaders are building this, and we say so plainly rather than let it come up only at the demo. What we do give you is knowledge duels, tests with a pass threshold, and a 1:1 meeting with the manager as a step on the path where the conversation can be practised with a person.

Can the onboarding path differ between regions and channels?

We vary paths by role and participant group, so a branch advisor has a different path from a field rep. We set the split by region and sales channel during implementation, together with your structure – it is not a toggle you switch yourself in the panel.

What does pricing depend on?

Several factors affect pricing: the number of people in the network, the scope of modules, and the number of onboarding paths you want to run separately. We are happy to go through the details at a meeting and in further contact.
